I read an interesting article yesterday about the key characteristics of successful entrepreneurs. There were five things on the list:
1. Discipline (to do all the work that’s required, even the parts that aren’t fun, like bookkeeping)
2. Calm (ability to keep cool in an emergency or crisis and to handle failure without frustration or anger)
3. Attention to detail (especially to startup expenses)
4. Risk tolerance (knowing just how much risk YOU can handle)
5. Balance (in your work and your life)
My question to seasoned entrepreneurs is what else would you add? And do you agree with the author that these traits can be learned? Please leave your comment below.
