Make Money On-Line in 30 Days or Less

You don’t have to work for months before earning your first dollar on-line. You can create a web site in as little as 48 hours and it’s possible to start earning money shortly after that.

I’m not saying it will be easy. You’re going to have to do some work. And there’s no guarantee that you’ll make money. If anyone tells you otherwise, pleeeeeeeeeeze don’t buy any products or services from them.

But it doesn’t have to take years for you to make a profit and you don’t have to go into debt to do it. Review what I said here. It really is possible to start making money in 30 days or less.

I made my first dollar from affiliate marketing after completing the 30 Day Challenge in the summer of 2008. I encourage you to sign up and try out their program for yourself. What you’ll get (all for free) is a thorough introduction to affiliate marketing for beginners.

The Challenge has run “live” every August for the past several years, but the training material remains available (and still free) year round. So you can start whenever you’re ready. You probably won’t see a lot of activity in their forum area if you’re working the program in the off-season, but you’ll still get some very worthwhile instruction.

If you’re not familiar with the tools they suggest you use, they have a pre-season area with training you should look at before you start the Day 1 activity.

I’ll admit that I didn’t use all of their tools and you don’t have to either. Approach the exercise as a way to start learning about the possibilities that exist in affiliate marketing and do your best to complete as many of the activities as possible. It’s a great way to get your basic training.

I put up a small affiliate web site to do some market testing and see if the theories I was learning during the 30 Day Challenge actually worked. For me, they did. I earned some small commissions shortly after my site had been on-line for a month. I did very little work on the site once it was in place and it continued generating small commissions for many months.

I put it into “maintenance” mode a few months ago, planning to upgrade my WordPress installation and add some new ways to make money from the site. Then I got swamped with other work and haven’t revamped the site yet. Still, it continues to get traffic almost every day. I haven’t spent a cent on advertising.

You can take as long as you like to go through the 30 Day Challenge. If it takes you longer than 30 days, that’s OK. Start today and do it at your own pace. I think you’ll be glad you did. If you don’t finish it, that’s OK, too. You’re sure to learn some important ideas and concepts about Internet marketing.

There goes your “it takes too long to get started” excuse.

What else is keeping you from beginning today?
