My fifth wish is that more people think about the purpose of their jobs and respect those they come in contact with, rather than just “showing up” and “checking it off the list.” Hmm, I feel another rant about customer service coming up Real Soon Now.

My fourth wish is that everyone who has to deal with their local Social Security Administration office gets the same great service I did on Thursday—a pleasant surprise and most appreciated. I’m sending in three comment cards to praise all the guys who helped me.
