There were five things on the list:<\/p>\n<p>1. Discipline (to do all the work that&#8217;s required, even the parts that aren&#8217;t fun, like bookkeeping)<\/p>\n<p>2. Calm (ability to keep cool in an emergency or crisis and to handle failure without frustration or anger)<\/p>\n<p>3. Attention to detail (especially to startup expenses)<\/p>\n<p>4. Risk tolerance (knowing just how much risk YOU can handle)<\/p>\n<p>5. Balance (in your work and your life)<\/p>\n<p>My question to seasoned entrepreneurs is <strong>what else would you add<\/strong>? And do you agree with the author that <strong>these traits can be learned<\/strong>?
