There&#8217;s a ton of free stuff on the Internet that you can use when you&#8217;re just getting started or your budget is tight.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m not saying that you shouldn&#8217;t ever use a professional. In many cases that&#8217;s exactly what you need. And I&#8217;m not saying that everything you find on-line is high quality. What I am saying is that I&#8217;ve found a couple of free services that produce what I think are respectable results and I&#8217;d like to share them with you.<\/p>\n<p>For banner creation, check out <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cooltext.com\" target=\"_blank\">Cool Text<\/a>.  Here you&#8217;ll find over 30 styles of banners\/logos.  You can customize the font, text size and color, background color, and special effects. There&#8217;s also a dozen customizable button designs and over 1200 fonts.<\/p>\n<p>Another place to get tons of free buttons is from Graphic Mavericks. This isn&#8217;t an affiliate link; I just like their work. You have to opt-in to their list to get the freebies.  That&#8217;s what I did, and so far, I&#8217;m happy to report, I haven&#8217;t received a lot of promotional email from them.
